binghatti canal in business bay is beuatiful and very elegant. the bedrooms are very stylish, and the exterior have an contemporary design to it. the exterior is a bit colorful and you can spot is from a distance which is amazing. the 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for us couples. a nice living area, with off-white color tone. the kitchen is very nice, but the amazing part is the living area. very spacious, a comfortable cought, and cant wait for the develoment to be completed. a very beautiful location in dubai at business bay as well.

murooj villas is one of my favorite options of real-estate in al fujan. the project could respond every expectation of me which is affordable price while have a spacious space and proper by facility which hard to find for now a day. in addition, i think the villa is located nearby education facility and accessible to public transportation. so, this could be one of the best real-estate to invest and livable to live as a home buyer. i’m pretty sure that the project is able to popular when it launched.

i’m very impressed with its location, since vera residences located in business bay. the vibrant community that there are many recreational, business, and educational surroundings. as i'm a working woman, vera is a good place to stay where i can live, work, and play as well as unwind too. the neighborhood like the dubai mall, the main road, and restaurant nearby make me very convenient. for me, vera residences is the best one!

it is located in one of the most sought-after areas of dubai, business bay. commercial, residential, hospitality, entertainment, shopping, and leisure facilities are all located in open olive groves with lakes and fountains. sheikh zayed road and al khail road, for example, are well connected to important roadways and rivers. the flat is highly modern, and the location further adds to the appeal. it's also quite large.
