the apartment was designed in a modern style. it has a swimming pool at the rooftop and the tennis court nearby. i can take a view of the city life from the rooftop. the room is also spacious and modern interior design with white and cream tone. the apartment is near with the golf course that i get there sometimes.

i like the layouts of this project

the olivz apartments look very modern and stylish. the location is well-connected with the road connection via the sheikh mohammed bin zayed road. i would be able to drive to the important destinations in the city such as the business bay and the creek island. i can also feel the sense of vibrant community in the common area of this development project. it has the exciting sport facilities like tennis and badminton courts. there are some quiet spots for me to read my favorite books like the sitting area beside the indoor swimming pool. great place with interesting facilities.

nice location with fine facilities.

first of all, dragon tower a is a unique tower in the dragon city. this place is near the ai ain road which allows easy access to many tourism attractions such as business bay and international airport. there are various facilities such as pools, gym, and parking. the 1-bedroom is quite large with the beautiful views of the skyline. this place is perfect for living alone or in a small family. loved this place so much!

i personally like the community of dubai international city

i have moved to the uae for work. i was trying to look for the reasonable apartments that located not so far from the downtown dubai. i recently found the lawnz apartments in dubai international city. the name of this place is very cool. the location and the price are somehow suitable for me and my financial plan. there are many palm trees around the community. those trees give me the feeling of living in a resort. the community also has the safe children playground which is so great to bring the children to have some fun.

extraordinary villa in the secure and private ambience

in my opinion, the nad al sheba villa is the secure place with the gated entrance. living here gives me a high-level of privacy. me and my family have the 4-bedroom house which includes the garage and car parking area in front of the house. for me the exterior color tends to be normal. once open the door and look inside the house, i was amazed with the well-design interiors. this place is the perfect home to grow together with my family. my sons and daughters can have their private rooms which is so good for them to have the individual space.

great place to stay with family with a reasonable price.

i have been staying at dragon tower b recently with my family. it offers comfort and good service with nice amenities. including a parking lot that is sufficient for the guests. inside the room is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities. the wide windows and balconies offer a chill view of the city at night. the surrounding is full of retail outside as well as in the building itself. a family stay is quite the great answer, although the amenities are not very luxurious. basically, but there is a children's area with reasonable price and good environment if there is a chance to go back and stay here again for sure.
