mag royal residence provides amazing 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the sea, skyline, and pretty much all the beautiful view that you see on google images. the view is just amazing. however what sold me the most is the location. i am closeby to everything in dubai. the beach, the city center, malls in dubai, and even work places as well. however the bedrooms are luxury, shining, and has a modern and classy touch for dark color. the best part is the kitchen use gas stove for me to cook everyday. however, i live jlt and the bad part can be that you see so many skyscappers all the time that it can get a bit conjusted. however i can not complain as everything is close by and the metro station is right infront for me as well.

you feel like never living alone with the cluster of people at night and the car on the road. when i stay in this country while the business trip, they have a nightlife and celebrate sometimes. the apartment is in a good location for me, easy to commute and it has a marina behind the building. the building is high and i think it has a high speed elevator in the building.

mudon is a wonderful community to live with families and enjoy the lush greenery in dubai. from the beautiful dubai miracle garden to recreational parks all along the region. sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get into the city center such as dubai marina because of the traffics. but no complains, as i wanted to live in a tranquil and chill vibes of dubai. to enjoy the beautiful greenery of dubai is a good change than seeing only high-rise buildings in dubai. a good change of scenry and feels like home too, with the nice warm weather and chill winds during the evening.

concorde tower comes in at a reasonable price without comprising a lot. it’s one of the most spacious 1 bedroom unit’s i ever seen. it’s well worth it. it’s also modern with it’s simple white design. it might not be the newest, or the fanciest apartment buildings, everything that i need is here, i’m very happy. the view is also fantastic. i love staring out the window late at night. the area is good as there are good places for me to visit. please keep in mind that this building isn’t pet friendly.

golf views seven city provides me with the best of both worlds. the location is convenient. next to business hubs of dubai, and also close proximity with plenty leisure attractions of dubai. close by to jumeirah beach, and jumeirah lake. dubai marina is close by to enjoy fine-dining cafes and bar at night. a 1-bedroom apartment in golf views seven city is view modern, offer spacious balcony, and a master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows to view dubai skyline in the morning with a smile. the apartment is also very affordable that my bank balance is not broken. additionally a good investment opportunity when i am not in dubai to rent it out as the location is in central dubai.

bonnington tower offers great amenities, and facilities. if you value this like i do, it’s an amazing place to live in. it’s got great modern views of other skyscrapers in the area. i can’t get enough of the gorgeous view of dubai. there are many places to visit in the area, and my favorite place to be is by the beach. burj khalifa and dubai mall aren’t that far too. the room is very spacious, luxurious, and modern. it’s one of the best service apartments i’ve stay in

al seef tower 2 is one of the projects set in the finest community in dubai. family community with the state of the art facilities that suit all residents needed. including gardens, leisure park, walking and jogging track, as well as there are also shopping malls and supermarkets nearby which are very convenient. there is a beautiful view of the community and water from the window, making me feel relaxed at night. as it is near the main road like sheikh zayed road, it is easily accessible to the inner city with ease. thank you

i have moved into dubai for some times now. i really wanted to find the compact apartment for living alone in the city. fortunately, i came across the golf views seven city apartment building. it tends to be at one of the popular locations in dubai, while having the reasonable strating prices. this place has many beneficial amenities such as shared gymnasium and swimming pool. by its height, i can observe the beautiful views of city's skyline which will be amazing in both day and night times. i am glad to recommend this place for those who wish to live close to the famous spot of dubai. great location !

jumeirah lake towers is a fine residential area to live in dubai. it is a semi-residential place as on the right is a golf course, in front of the district is dubai marina and it perfect for a fun night and with family too. in a 2-bedroom apartment with family is good and open spacious. the view is fine as dubai is fantastic city anyway. the lake view that the tower offers is on the money, and the kids just love the children play area. it is just a nice, and safe district to stay with your family, but also to have good fun with your partner too. a well-balance location.

living at the mbl residence is the decent living experience after all. i like the location and the surrounded ambience. it is quiet and clam at night. the location is also easy to find by using the main roads. as it is the high-rise tower, my room has the clear cityscape views. it also has the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. the common area gives me the sense of luxury as well as private. in addition, this place is so close to the palm jumeirah. i would rate this apartment for 5 out of 5.
