dubai is a luxurious place. however you can find great hidden gems in dubai as well. with fazwaz uae agents we found a gem at luma21. a affordable yet luxurious apartment in jvc as well. jvc is a great community in dubai. a quiet place, yet not to far off from the city center. a good place to start a family with my girlfriend. the 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, affordable for the price, with shining white marble floors. modern furniture as well, with some minilist design. sometimes luxury does not have to be more than a million us dollar. luma21 is a beautiful, luxurious location dubai.

i live in dubai for 6 years and working here and want to call it home now. finally found a perfect home in dubai. the price is very reasonable for its location. business bay is just 10 minutes away. jvc basically have everythinig to offer from viva supermarkets, to jumeirah golf estates to tee off every weekend. the 2-bedroom apartment is just beautiful. with colors of warmth, and inspired by the dessert you just feel so happy coming back home. as a low-rise from the units you can see much green parks, a beautiful swimming pool, and a view of burj khalifa from a far too.

the condo project is in the prime location of dubai, uae. it is easily accessible due to the condo being close to sheikh mohammed bin zayed road. the sport city is next to the condo with a big golf course and green space where i can take a deep breath with fresh air from the room. the swimming pool is so good, like a 5-star hotel. there is a children's play room that is so creative and safe.

as i research and on site, belgravia square is out-standing for me is the project’s design and convenience. the project is being created with a new design concept that is influenced by dynamic design philosophy and driven by a new "residential movement" that allows homeowners to customize and create an identity for their units. and i think this project will be an interesting project when it launches.

jumeirah village circle is just comfort to stay out. it is a bit out of the city, but public transportation is great. bus stops are very near and the metro is not too far off. a two-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, with white and wooden colors. the rooms are very modern, pleasing in the eyes, a very good stress relief. you always want to come back home. a very community style living and very safe too. people are really nice and friendly, and you get to be spoil by dubai luxury but also have the community street food stalls too. a good mixture of community living in a comfortable environment. it is just a bliss feeling.

i don't normally write reviews but i must write about this place. my favorite parts of belgravia square are both exterior design and facility. let's start with the exteriors, i feel like the brown-toned color is very decent for any apartments, since it is eye-catching and somehow luxurious. living in the earth-tone color give me the sense of clamness. the facility is fine and the gym is full of useful equipments. recommend for single person or a couple.

spanish towers in sports city has a fantastic location. it is part of a complex that provides a comfortable lifestyle through in-house amenities and nearby amenities. the two-bedroom unit is great, and spacious enough for anyone who has a single child. its spacious and a great apartment. it’s great to get around the city as well.

i am looking forward to see the completion of belgravia square. i have seen the floor plans and it matches my taste. i have seen many properties from ellington group and they seem to get better with time. the belgravia project is modern but classy. the main focus of this building is not just a residence, but it also promotes an artistic approach. i find that the property might be sold out soon, because the price is totally reasonable.

i am so in love with the views of natural environment here. the aria apartments is very close to the inner-city area. one of my favorite reasons to be satisfied with this location is that it is connected with two main roads, ras al khor road as well as the sheikh zayed road. my room is big enough for me and my roommates. me and my wife love to go for some sports at the community area. there are some nearby food shops and stores for me to have the nice meals. this is a good community for young adults who want some getaway.
