sur la mer apartment areas is a waterfront apartment overlooking the arabian gulf. with an unblocked view of the sea, outdoor shopping areas, and plenty for food stalls it is the perfect island lifestyle in the metrpolis of dubai. however public transportation can be a little short for options, but other than that the area is so chill and amazing to live in dubai.

one of the most beautiful waterside community

in my humble opinion, the sur la mer townhouses are the unique residence that have the prime location near the seashore. the townhouses look so dreamy that i can lay down for the entire day. they decorated the interior of the home by using the light brown and yellow colors which make me thinking about the houses in italy. the location is somehow convenient since it established in the close distance to the downtown dubai. i am the sea lover, so i would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who enjoy the sea views.

nice place with beautiful vibes. here, la rive at port de la mer is designed for all ages. residents can enjoy and relax with its facilities, even for kids also have entertainment in various ways such as kids pool, and kids play area. i highly recommend it for everyone. it is surrounded by restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy and hang out with your friends and family. it is a very clean and well maintained area in dubai. that’s perfect beachfront lifestyle!
