i am looking for a house to stay in one of the best living communities in dubai that is palm jumeirah, and i found that al sarrood is my true answer with the affordable price and convenient location. al sarrood is a high-rise structure near a beach and also provides a variety of conveniences as well as a nice living environment. there are many supermarkets and retail as well as restaurants and cafes nearby the building which is perfect to relax and unwind after stress. the only thing to bear in mind is that the transportation services are a little more away from this project. i can easily access numerous kinds of transportation within a 15-minutes range.

first thing that i would like to mention is that living at the palm jumeirah is one of the most unique living experiences after all. the al anbara seems to have the interesting price point, especially for anyone who has a limited budget. i think that the swimming pool and gym are quite alright for a day-to-day exercising routine. this apartment building is in the gated development which is highly secure. there are also visitor parking areas as well as basement parking spaces.

i very enjoy living at al hatimi since i bought an apartment. here i think it is the palm jumeirah's most well-known building. it allows me to go in and out from the street easily, and there's plenty of parking available. there is also a gym and a pool for childrens and adults on site, as well as easy access to the coastline and beach, which has a beautiful view of the dubai cityscape,burj al arab, burj khalifa, jumeirah. security is strict, with good communal cleaning. alway a place to wake up and feel happy. i would give 4.5 out of 5 for this project.

al haseer is located at the gateway of the palm jumeirah. there are different types of rooms to choose from. while assisting my friend with their setup, i came across one with a single large bedroom, a living room connected to a well-designed kitchen by an open window as well as a broom closet available. the bathroom is also big with a tub too. the area is quite attractive, with fantastic views visible from the higher floors all the way to the burj khalifa, with the burj al arab and nearby beaches in the way. great facilities feature an underground parking and is also close to the nakheel center shopping mall. these apartment complexes also include a running track in the back.

al msalli has a fantastic unit layout. in general, these structures appear to be well-thought-out. there is great finish quality, and a nice interior with large windows. in terms of facilities, the staff is mostly nice, as well as really helpful and kind. the gym is well-equipped and provides a pleasant view of the sea and the burj al arab. the pool is also extremely enjoyable. it's a good size and features a lovely kids' area. the building and surroundings are ideal for children, and additional recreational activities are a given as well as adjacent to nakheel mall.

al msalli for a special point in my opinion is nice zoning, the project’s room has well positioning addition of aesthetically furnished. especially, the project’s room has convenient kitchen for cooking ourselves and tenant enough and have a large balcony. so, i think this project’s suit to family living and others as well. moreover, the project’s facility is variety. these could be definite as a perfect facility apartment.

jash falqa for me is on point both aesthetically and functional, there’s interesting by have a beach front and relaxing atmosphere like a vocational house but this could be functional for our professional life as well because theirs’s easy driving by convenient main road by their positioned which is close to from al ittihad park monorail station as well. so, we could have convenient transportation both public and private driving. furthermore, inside the projects and surrounding area has a proper leisure for working space and these really worth for me.

great place to live in the nice shoreline community. i stayed at al khushkar for a week. first thing is the affordable price and great location. the room was very large and clean, and had everything i needed. nice environment that is very calm and peaceful with no noise problems allows me to have a good time. the parking was great and enough, no problems at all. i would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting dubai and need to experience the waterfront lifestyle.

the reason that i settle down with al tamr building because there’s position is the nearest of al ittihad park monorail. i never have a problem about transportation because the project provides us this convenient, including to driving, there’s comfortable parking lots and close to the main roads as well. for livable places, for me shoreline apartment is reliable. especially, this really hard to find pets- allowed apartment but this project could.

al shahla is one of many apartment buildings located at the palm jumeirah. there are several types of rooms. we reserved an apartment for a week in july at a fair price given its location on the palm. the taxi ride from dubai international airport takes about 30 minutes. the apartment was very spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils. the beach is a 5-minute walk from the buildings and, despite the large number of apartments in the vicinity. the beachfront also provided an excellent view of the burj al arab jumeirah. the skyscraper contains underground parking and an adjacent mall called nakheel mall.
