we lived in this house, so i decided to write. of course, an apartment is important in a person's life, it is comfort and convenience motivating for further goals. when we travel, we rent daily on zhilibyli zhilibyli.ru there is a large selection, the same as on other sites, but the prices are better. good luck and travels to everyone!!!

al zaheya gardens - al zahya - ajman is home to apartments, spacious villas, townhouses and residential plots. these include both ready-to-move-in houses and some off-plan units in various configurations. apartments in al zahya come in studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. each residential unit features master bedrooms with an attached bathroom, a kitchen and a living and dining area with a balcony. there are 3, 4 and 5-bedroom al zahya ajman villas. each unit has master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a built-in wardrobe, an expansive outdoor space, a dedicated maid’s room with a bathroom, a barbecue area, a manicured lawn, parking spaces and a balcony. townhouses in al zahya ajman uptown come in similar 3 to 5-bedroom units. each house has spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a maid’s room with a bathroom, a study room with a bathroom, a large hall and dedicated parking. investors can find several residential plots in al zahya. plots spanning 1,700 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. while some may also cover around 3,000 sq. ft.

the project's flawless facility, in my opinion, makes it unique. the project, in my opinion, is reasonably priced and situated in a pleasant area. additionally, it's accessible due to the hospital, school, and restaurant in the area. thus, there is a way to easily and basically reply to our wants. i find this initiative to be quite interesting, therefore.

this project is absolutely amazing, the views from the building are incredible, one of the best projects in duabi in terms of location since it is located on the palm's trunk after heavy traffic and hence no traffic jams in the area. the apatments are luxuries. everything is just so close - the nakheel mall, access to 7 beach clubs in the front of the building ,alittihad park and a private beach access

this review is based on a one bedroom experience and most is relevant to the building itself pros: 1- nice colors finishings 2- available markets around gives access to on spot groceries 3- double glassed windows, gives complete sense of quietness 4- availability of maintenance team on spot, as some reside in the building 5- the building is handled by one management company, avoids you handling a hassle with the owner directly (one owner for the whole building) 6- mainly families so you wont be bothered by bachelors parties 7- main bathrooms are bathtub equipped which also defines the space 8- parking spaces available outside the building - this is beneficial if you have 2 cars 9- most balconies have an open space view 10- as of 2022 no neighboring construction - no construction noises cons: 1- tenants crowd, garbage thrown in the parking all the time 2- cleanliness of building after 3 years is different 3- cockroaches in corridors (this appeared after 1.5 years of the building age) - this also reflects on residents and can affect you as they roam for shelter before winter 4- dirty elevators - also reflects on the crowd and the attention of management company to such details 5- fire alarm goes off several times, without a fire being there 6- thin walls can be annoying if someone is having a party, which is minimal since most of the buildings residents are families 7- kids play in corridors - can be noisy unless you ask patents nicely 8- no family or playing area only pool - no space for kids to play 9- tiny balconies for 1 bedrooms 10- windows cannot be easily cleaned - always look dusty 11- tiny closets in 1 bedrooms barely fits 1 person a couple will definitely need to buy another closet 12- having stores under might be a disadvantage as cars are always stopping jamming the side road that leads to the parking entrance 13- kitchen fixtures is of poor quality and cupboards doors come off every now and then 14- cleanliness is not a very important subject for the building management, neither it is for the type of tenants residing, corridors will be left dirty, papers thrown in elevators, trash leaks through corridors.
