i made the right decision to buy this house. the house is in the perfect location with a calm and serene vibe of the villa area. the interior was good with a white and grey tone but the outside was designed in a different way. i love the house with a covered garage and private garden. the neighborhood is so nice, we have a perfect time sometimes and friendly.

dubai is regarded as one of the world's most international cities, and personally, our favorite. my wife and i absolutely love the property in wadi al safa 5, amaranta. everything here seems like a perfect fit for us both. my wife is with child, and we're a firm believer that this is the right place to have a family. there is a plenty of area for them to play as it’s a spacious home. it's also safe and modern. the atmosphere is fantastic as well.

the villa is located in the best location due to it connecting to many places via the main road in dubai. it is calm and serene that will help to get away from the busy city life. i love the interior design that was so spacious with a wide range of windows. the green space is just a door step where you can have an activity with your family.

amaranta project is full of inspiration inside, the project has a nice concept and design, for the first thing that’s could be special point of the project is outline plan. the outline plans are balance and have a beautiful block inside. then house’s design is inspired by mediterranean architecture and we could notice by their element, additionally, the project is full of facility and provide me a convenient living by their location affected accessibility and comfortable transportation.

dubai tends to be one of the most metropolitan cities in the world. me and my wife love the housing in dubai. we checked out the new townhouse in wadi al safa 5. the project is called amaranta which i looked at the phase 3. the atmosphere is very balanced in both urban and natural sensation. i can feel that this place is very secured. this can be our new family home in uae. there are plenty of space for my children to play and enjoy their free time. i am thinking about payment contract, since the agent told us that it would be sold out soon.

hey guys, my name is jodie. recently, i just had a chance to visit the luxurious villa-tour in dubai. it is called la quinta. my first impression of it is the privacy. these villas are located inside the secured and gated entrance which is a villanova community. the design seems to be modern arabic. this is the dream place for the medium-sized family. there are many free space for the children as well. can’t wait to see the full completion by next year.

usually, me and my wife prefer to live in the mansion rather than a townhouse. nevertheless, la quinta changes our perception greatly. quinta means house in espanyol. this is our comfortable townhouses which provide us the best facilities. the swimming pool is huge and well-designed which we love to splash in. the neighborhood is classic and peaceful. i often play baseball with my little cousins whenever we have free time. the exterior design is somehow reminded me of arabic theme home which is kind of luxurious. all in all, this place is the perfect getaway which located not so far from the city.

as i have studied the project information and plan, i think that the project of la rosa at villanova is an interesting project because it is located at a great future community which is perfect for me as businessperson. comes with many facilities and amenities that understand modern lifestyle. as well as lush greenery, and bbq area. it is not far from the main road that is easily connected to other areas. moreover, it comes with a perfect combination of contemporary designs and features to provide comfortable living.

the la rosa at villanova location attracted my attention because it is located close to the main road like al ain road which is easy to connect to anywhere in dubai. the room type is perfect for a big family together with warm colors interior design that provides a feeling of warmth and cozy atmosphere. additionally, they provide multiple recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, gardens and health club options which gives an experience beyond my expectations.

q -zone apartments provide a calm community feeling as well as a lavish environment. for this project, i think it is perfect for living alone and with small families because it has only studios until 2-bed. the room is functional and gives a urban feeling with the stylish furnishing and the light color tone as well as large terrace. surrounded by many retails, and restaurants as well as leisure activities. so, if you are looking for an apartment that has a reasonable price within the peaceful environment, q -zone apartments is one of the good ideas.
